an template email should go the lead for the first point of contact and on followup a different template email needs to be sent. template could be upload by clients . for GT Housing and Deepak Rathi and Karunanidhi ( travel lead ).

Enquiry Report
Its best if you can add a report with ‘count = 0’ Ex.(no enquiry - for this product - from this source - in this branch - by this user - during this period)… & also add the search features (‘Created or Processed Dates’, ’Status’, ’Branch’, ’Product’, ’Source’)... I won’t remember what type are those dates on the reports, say, after 2 weeks? Can’t expect the clients to remember the factors on which the report was created on… given the fact that these reports will be used in the company’s meetings (weekly or monthly or whatever)…

Proovision for "Quarantine" leads of no importance ie.' the leads which can not be pursued for various reasons. this can be named as " Deactivated "
This would enable to retain active leads in the "Enquiry " list
As of now both active and inactive leads are present in the enquiry list.

We need to sort out the various emails according to the accounts. We have more than 1000 email IDs under various heads and we want to send specific emails to specific groups.

Enquiries Ordering
I wanted to print the enquiries ordered by subject. Clicked on the subject & the grid got ordered. But the report displays some other order. Ordering by any of the dates is also not possible. Pls make the default ordering to be a date.

1)the space at the " Comments" should be more so as to accomadate more characters.

Promotions & Discounts
Promotions & Discounts added by the Super-User to be displayed in the check list... It can be account-wise, branch-wise, region-wise, … It shouldn’t appear (in checklist / wherever) after the expiration date or conditions met.

Reporting Idea
Display the case study in the report page. That will help the users to report to the higher officials. And only the username,Contact name,contact number & case study is enough in the report page.
